Commerce Chenango Invites the Community to Lights, Camera, Auction
NORWICH –Commerce Chenango’s second annual “Lights, Camera, Auction” online event is now open for your shopping pleasure. With the help of sponsor Preferred Mutual Insurance Company, Commerce Chenango introduces a new way that the community can show support for Commerce Chenango and promote its own businesses and organizations.
Revenue earned through the items donated will help to support the mission of Commerce Chenango, which includes advocacy, education and training programs, professional development, community outreach, and economic development initiatives for Chenango County.
On November 26 at 8 a.m. the “doors” opened to our silent auction that is taking place virtually on 32auctions.com/2022LightsCameraAuction until December 2 at 7 p.m. Now that bidding has begun, you have the option to “Buy Now” at the value price if there is an item you really want.
The auction promises a wide array of items and Commerce Chenango thanks the Chamber members, community businesses, and even contacts outside of the county who want to help support our initiatives as we move into the new year.
We have assembled an exciting catalog of auction items to get people bidding. Some of the items up for bid include: a Weber BBQ, dog grooming, antique furniture, a car care package, tickets, gift cards, and so much more.
This is a great example of how organizations such as Commerce Chenango can use technology to reach out to their supporters on a much larger scale and help to provide a platform where businesses big and small, and community members can promote their products.
