BOWLING: Norwich Boys earn sweep, girls suffer loss vs Chenango Valley

CHENANGO VALLEY – On Tuesday, the Norwich Purple Tornado bowling teams traveled to Chenango Valley for a league matchup. The Norwich boys swept the Warriors 5-0 while the girls suffered a 4-1 loss.
For the boys, Dawson Robinson and Pat White paved the way for Norwich. Robinson, coming off a 510 series, did even better in his second match of the season with a 609 series. He had a 235 in the first game. White finished behind him with a 578 with a 232 in the second game and ended the night with a 206.
Andie Mucha led the girls with a 469 series and stayed consistent with 150s while Siennah Bresee helped Norwich earn the second game victory with a team-best 184 and finished with a 430 series.
Both teams are currently even with one win and one loss after two matches. Norwich will be at Chenango Forks on Tuesday, December 13 at 3:40 p.m.
