BOYS BASKETBALL: B-G falls to Delhi
DELHI – Over the weekend, the Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats boys basketball team played Delhi in the Shalkey-Mokay Tournament. This was a one-game affair where the Bobcats lost 78-41.
The Bobcats were down a handful of players due to injuries and sickness, but they still came to play and played to the best of their abilities.
Leading the way was James Hogroian who scored 18 points while David Emerson had 13. Timothy Kinter was asked to make the step up from the JV team. In his first varsity appearance, he scored seven points.
Delhi played lights out and shot the ball well as a team. Luke Schnabel paved the way with 28 points as Luke Sanford had 10.
B-G (1-2) will face Greene on Friday for a MAC league matchup. Both teams have one divisional win prior to the game.
