S-E’s Lily Stoddard competes at state qualifiers
SYRACUSE – Over the weekend, Sherburne-Earlville senior Lily Stoddard competed in the Section III indoor track state qualifiers held at Onondaga Community College. She qualified due to her standout performance in the weight-throw event, where she beat the standard of 31 feet, seven inches with a new personal-best distance of 32-7.
She achieved a new best of 32-7.25 at the state qualifiers, where she came in fifth in the first flight, which complied into a 14th place finish altogether.
