Capital Region Boces Public Information Specialist Jake Palmateer said, “We had about 100 people, including retired staff, alumni, current staff, students and many community members along with current and former board of education members.”
“The district has been able to grow academic and extracurricular programs in ways it would have been impossible to do if the two school districts hadn't merged. We now have students graduating from high school with an associate's degree, not to mention the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities, sports, and clubs,” said Palmateer.
