NORWICH — Colorscape Chenango Arts Festival was held in East and West Park on September 9 and 10. The free two day event takes place every year; the weekend after Labor Day- rain or shine. This year, concerns of a storm were a major topic with many; yet heavy rainfall bypassed the area.

Over 100 artists displayed and sold many of their works. Music, food, entertainment, and activities made for an appreciable two day Festival. Maps were available to those searching certain booths and events; while others let the music lead their way as they meandered from booth to booth.
