SHERBURNE - Get into the Halloween groove and learn a thing or two at Rogers Center’s Animals of Halloween.

This free family-friendly event takes place from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, October 28 at Rogers Center.

Actors and actresses dressed in costume as New York State wildlife will be at stops along a torch-lit trail. They each talk about where they live, what they do, and what makes them special. Children and families can ask the characters questions and then the group moves on to the next animal on the trail. Everyone will end at the fire pit by the Rogers Visitor Center where guests can enjoy music with Jenni Larchar. Cider and donuts will also be provided.

Walks begin at 5 p.m. and depart every 20 minutes; the last walk starts at 7:40 p.m. Register to secure your place on one of the walks. Walk-ins will be accommodated as space allows.
Rogers Center thanks Fidelis Care for sponsoring this event.

“This event is truly special and enjoyable for children of all ages. Our volunteers aren’t left out of the fun either as they bring these animals to life in a way that’s not just entertaining, but educational,” said Jeremy Fetzko, Rogers Center Media and Marketing Coordinator.
