Norwich Pee Wee Wrestlers compete in various tournaments, earn third place in Greene

CHENANGO COUNTY – The Norwich Pee Wee Wrestling Program had a busy weekend on January 20 and 21. Wrestlers competed in the Greene Tournament, CF Tournament, and a couple in the Battle for the Belt Tournament.
The Norwich program took home a third place team finish at the Greene Tournament. The other tournaments did not offer a team award.
The coaching staff are proud of all the wrestlers who competed and pleased with everyone's performance.
The coaches, wrestlers, and parents would like to thank the City of Norwich Youth Bureau for their continued support of this program. Norwich is hosting their 44th Annual Norwich Junior Wrestling Tournament this Sunday, January 28 at the Norwich High School gym.
