Winter Volleyball: S-E honors seniors vs Westmoreland

SHERBURNE – The Sherburne-Earlville volleyball team closed out the 2023-2024 on Saturday against Westmoreland. S-E honored its class of 2024 seniors prior to the start of the game. Congratulations to Kali Waltz, Ava Rowe, Janelle Nower, the team’s manager Adam Paliana, and Olivia Kane for all your efforts this season and throughout your high school volleyball careers.
S-E fell 3-1 in four sets to the Bulldogs and finished the season with a 4-15 record. Rowe led the team in digs and kills. She had 143 digs and 56 kills while fellow senior Kali Waltz finished behind her with 135 digs this season. Sophomore Phiona Osborne led the team in assists with 120 as Waltz had 77. Evelyn Thomas finished with a team-high 14 blocks.
Great efforts this season, S-E and good luck to the seniors.
