NY State Police charge Bainbridge man for demanding indecent material from minor
BAINBRIDGE - On March 17, New York State Police investigators arrested Jesse A. Micha-Hurlburt, 25, of Bainbridge, for endangering the welfare of a child, three counts of second degree disseminating indecent material of a minor, third degree coercion, and unlawful publication of an intimate image.
On December 8, 2023, police received a report of an unknown individual requesting indecent material from a minor over text message and social media.
An investigation determined that Micha-Hurlburt contacted the victim requesting inappropriate material and threatened them if they did not send it.
On March 17, Micha-Hurlburt was arrested and transported to Chenango County Jail and was arraigned in CAP Court on the same date.
