Khalil Jade performs at the Oxford Farmers' Market on Saturday

OXFORD - The Oxford Farmers’ Market showcases talented local musicians every Saturday all summer long on Lafayette Park in Oxford.
The Market is open from 9 a.m. to noon, with performers playing in the Bandstand from 10 a.m. to noon.
All performances are free and open to the public. Khalil Jade, a modern folk musician, will grace the Market with her sweet and soulful voice and acoustic guitar this Saturday, June 1. Her repertoire is diverse and appeals to a wide audience. You’ll hear her cover classic rock, country, folk, pop, blues and more. But it’s her  heart-centered originals that leave the most impressions on people. Her lyrics  are thoughtful,  empathetic, and easily relatable. Her genre of music is best described as rootsy americana.
At the Market, 30  vendors will be offering a wide variety of local plant starts and seeds for the garden; just-picked seasonal veggies and mushrooms; eggs of all kinds; dairy products and regional cheeses; locally raised and processed beef, lamb and pork; local hard ciders, maple syrup and honey; hand-made soaps, lotions and balms; homemade treats and toys for dogs; exquisitely hand-crafted items for the kitchen and home; and artisan fiber products from local producers. Every product straight from a local  source and the skilled hands of your neighbors.
