Girls Soccer: B-G defeats Livingston Manor/Roscoe in first round of Downsville tournament

DOWNSVILLE – The Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats girls’ soccer team kicked off its 2024 season in the opening round of the Jane Flannery tournament in Downsville. The Bobcats won the tournament last year and are already off to a great start with a 7-3 victory over Livingston Manor/Roscoe, a Section IX, class D school.

Eighth grader Breegan George led the Bobcats with three goals as Keelan Ammon had one goal and one assist. Jayslin Henderson and Breanna Casey each scored one goal while Chandler Benjamin had two assists and Claire Sullivan contributed with one assist.
