Greene field hockey falls to Whitney Point

WHITNEY POINT – After splitting the first two games of the season over the weekend, the Greene Trojans hit the road for the third consecutive game against Whitney Point on Tuesday. Greene fell 3-0 to the Eagles.

The Trojans were held to just two shots on goal and to one penalty corner. Braelyn Blakeslee and Mya Leggett-Carlin stayed strong in the cage, despite Whitney Point’s 21 shots on goal. Blakeslee made 14 saves as Leggett-Carlin had one in the final minutes of the game.
