Volleyball: BG stays hot, defeats H/A in all three sets
BAINBRIDGE – After a strong finish to the match against Unatego, the Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats volleyball team continued to be strong as they hosted Harpursville/Afton on Wednesday evening. B-G improved to 3-0 after taking all three sets; 25-15, 25-18, 25-22.
B-G’s coach Tracy Kutz was proud of her girls for starting the night strong, thanks to Kaylynn Crandall’s hot serving streak. B-G got an early 15-0 advantage from the streak and from great play all around, which gave them motivation to continue and win the match.
Crandall led the Bobcats with four digs, seven aces, and 15 assists. Alessandra Cafasso finished with five kills and six digs as Morgan Prisco also had six digs and three aces. Peyton Umbra added five kills and five digs in the win.
