OXFORD – It was a good league game between the Oxford Blackhawks and the Greene Trojans girls’ soccer teams on Tuesday afternoon. Oxford, coming off winning their girls tournament, pulled together to earn a 3-2 victory against their neighbors.

Oxford scored all three of their goals in the first half to take a 3-0 lead at halftime. Greene got two back in the second half.

Oxford’s Taegan Manwarren, Colette Kappauf, and Kayla Knapp all added to their goal totals and also all contributed with assists. Greene’s Cali Knapp scored both goals in the loss with an assist from Khloe Waltz and Hailey Butler.
