Field Hockey: Greene defeats Windsor in overtime

WINDSOR – It was an exciting game between the Greene Trojans and the Windsor Black Knights field hockey teams. The game was tied at 2 at the end of regulation and Greene won 3-2 in overtime. The Trojans have won six out of their last eight games.

After being down 1-0 throughout the first two quarters, Greene’s Claire Flanagan scored early in the third quarter off a pass from Abby Yahner to tie the game. Greene then took the lead on a goal by Josie Dutcher quickly in the fourth quarter. Windsor tied the game at 2 within three minutes left in regulation.
