BGAH wrestlers defeat Norwich in local dual meet

BAINBRIDGE – The BGAH Bears wrestling team hosted the Norwich Purple Tornado for a local dual meet on Tuesday night, securing a 60-15 win.
BGAH wrestlers came away with nine pins and one forfeit win while Ryan Evans had the only pin win for Norwich over BGAH’s Chris Moyer in a hard-fought match. Norwich’s Maverick Beckwith picked up a win by forfeit as Malakai Hagenbuch won in a 9-3 decision against BGAH’s Davis Barnard in the 152 weight class.
Colton Hurlburt, Frank Parsons, Colton Ryan, Blaise Loya, Boston Besse, Glen Miller III, Zane Mumbulo, Silas Greenman, Devon Rowe, and Elliott Briggs all earned wins for BGAH.
