S-E bowlers defeat Camden

EARLVILLE – After Tuesday’s match against Canastota was postponed due to winter weather, the Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves bowling team hosted non-league Camden on Thursday afternoon. After falling to Cooperstown on Monday, S-E bounced back with a 4-1 win to improve to 6-1 on the season.
S-E had four of five bowlers roll a 510 series or higher with Colton Camenga paving the way for the Timberwolves with a 582 series. Camenga had a 210 in his second game.
Collin Pattee followed with a 555 series, where he had a 222 in his final game and a 209 in the first game. Nick Jenkins finished with a 512 as Evan Chesebro had a 510 and Leland Smith rounded out the team scores with a 483 with a 211 in his third game.
S-E (6-1) hosts New York Mills on Monday at 4 p.m.
