Chenango Republican County Committee holds ribbon cutting and grand opening of Republican Headquarters

NORWICH — On Saturday, September 19, the Chenango Republican County Committee held a meeting where a number of Republican Candidates gave rousing and inspirational speeches to the Committee members. After the meeting, many then traveled up the street to a ribbon cutting in front of the Republican Committee Headquarters located at the Copies Plus Building on East Main Street in Norwich. Republican Candidates attending the meeting included State Senator Joe Griffo, Assemblyman Joe Angelino, Assemblyman Chris Tague, Assembly-Candidate Mark Benjamin, and County Treasurer Candidate Erik Scrivener.
The ribbon cutting took place to officially open the Republican Headquarters with Committee Chairman Bill Acee cutting the ribbon surrounded by Republican candidates and Committee members. Republican Headquarters is marked by the large candidate sign-covered glass windows and is located in the front right side of the Copies Plus on East Main Street in Norwich.
Signs and other campaign materials are available at the Headquarters to help Republican candidates to get elected. People are encouraged to check the inside front door of the Headquarters for a schedule of times when it is open. This is a very important election for our town, county, state, and nation.
