NORWICH — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome and Chenango County and the Southern Tier Regional Clean Energy Hub will host an Energy Workshop from 5:30 to 7 p.m., January 22, located in the CCE building at 99 North Broad Street in Norwich.

“Please join us for a free interactive workshop on measures you can take to improve your home energy efficiency,” said CCE Community Energy Advisor Katelyn Harasta.

“We'll largely focus on 'Do It Yourself' measures such as replacing door sweeps, changing out old light bulbs to LED bulbs, and adding outlet foam gaskets, window film and weatherstripping,” said Harasta.

She said free pizza and energy saving kits will be available along with information about grants, rebates and potential tax credits for homeowners.
