Norwich softball falls to Owego

NORWICH – The Norwich Purple Tornado softball team hosted Owego in a STAC league matchup for their fourth straight home game. Norwich fell 15-0 through five innings.

Norwich was held to just one hit on the evening but did have other base runners. Caitlin Wetterhahn had the only hit for Norwich on an infield single in the bottom of the fourth.

Bri Cirigliano drew two walks and stole two bases while Ava Cirigliano, Emma Baker, and Zaylee Thomas all walked once. Loralee Brown reached base on a hit by pitch.
