Greene flag football falls short to Windsor in final seconds

GREENE – The Greene Trojans flag football team hosted Windsor on Thursday evening, falling 27-26 in the final seconds. Greene, down 27-20, scored a touchdown on a 31-yard run by Audra Doll to pull within one but the conversion fell incomplete as the ball was jarred from the receiver’s hands.

Doll had two touchdown runs as Mya Leggett-Carlin caught two touchdown passes and had a conversion catch. Claire Flanagan had an impressive game with over 125 receiving yards.
