DEPOSIT – The Oxford Blackhawks softball team, who ended the 2025 regular season off strong, traveled to Deposit-Hancock to take on the first place Eagles. Oxford fell 15-0 in the MAC semifinals, which sends the Eagles back to the MAC Championship, where they’ll face Greene.

Oxford was held to one hit through five innings played, where Lily Marshman led off the top of the fifth with a single to center field and stole second base. Raya Warner reached base on a hit by pitch as the only other Oxford base runner of the game.
