Norwich Post 189 falls short to Oneonta Green Wave

NORWICH – The Norwich Post 189 Legion baseball team played its second consecutive game, taking on the Oneonta Green Wave one final team this season. Norwich fell short 3-1.
Oneonta got on the board in the top of the second, taking an early 1-0 after a scoreless first inning. They added two more runs in the top of the fourth, keeping Norwich off the board until the bottom of the sixth.
Jackson Sastri drove in a run on a groundout, bringing in Michael Brunick, who reached on an error.
