Oxford golf finishes 2025 season strong at UV/GMU

SHERBURNE – The MAC leading Oxford Blackhawks golf team finished the 2025 regular season off strong with a 221-254 victory against UV/GMU at Sherburne’s Mountain Top Golf Course.
Oxford was led by senior Bennett Paden, who shot an all-around low of a 34 as Uri Tracy followed with a 41 and Degan Endress with a 47. Kevin Northup finished with a 49 as Blake Barrows shot a 50 and Justin Peck with a 55*.
UV/GMU’s Carter Simonds led the team with a 46 with Kyle Keuhn behind him with a 47. Declan Potter finished with a 50 as Evan Hill shot a 55 and MacKenzie Marron and Alivia Vitek both had 56s.
Both teams now head to the MAC league championship, held October 7 at 9 a.m. at Sidney’s Maple Hill Golf Club.
