Practices will continue through the holiday season for the Dolphins, where the coaches will implement more sophisticated drills and employ the use of underwater videos to help athletes fine tune their stroke technique. The next meet for the Dolphins will be the Turkey Turn Invitational on November 22 where the team will swim against all six teams within the Central NY YMCA League.
