NORWICH ― The online auction for the Value-Add Shopping Center, known to local residents as the Grand Union Plaza, located at 54 East Main Street in Norwich, began at 11 a.m., Monday, April 20, with a starting bid of $500,000 and could have promising results as 428,562 views have been logged before the bids even opened.
