Just in time for Mother's Day, Chenango Arts Council offers 'Paint a Ceramic Plate' fundraising event

NORWICH – The Chenango Arts Council will hold a Paint a Ceramic Plate Fundraiser from noon until 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 2 in its Classroom.
Pieces will then be fired and available for pickup throughout the week, making them an ideal Mother’s Day gift.
Ceramics instructor Esperanza Roncero will oversee the event. Proceeds will go to purchase supplies for future ceramics workshops. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
Instead of tuition, students will pay for the plates they use. A variety of shapes and sizes will be available, and prices will range from $7 to $37 per piece.
Registration is preferred and can be done at ChenangoArt.org. Payments will be accepted on the day of the workshop, due to the different pricing for the plates.
