Montana Skies, Norwich theater

NORWICH – The Chenango County Council of the Arts presents Montana Skies in concert at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Martin W. Kappel Theatre, 27 West Main St., Norwich.

The internationally renowned cello and guitar duo utilizes amplified acoustic instruments that create a larger, full spectrum sound like an orchestra, but with the energy of a rock band. The result is eclectic music with multiple layers, textures and rhythm.

“This is a great ending to our 2008/09 performance series. Montana Skies is an eclectic, family friendly, high energy duo that will rock the theater!” said CCCA Executive Director Victoria Kappel.
