Bank robbery suspect turns himself into police

EDMESTON – The man sought by the New York State Police in connection to an Edmeston bank robbery turned himself in Saturday to law enforcement. Police had released his photograph and a physical description to the public on Thursday.

David A. Lolik, 38, of Edmeston, has been charged with third degree robbery, a Class D felony carrying a maximum sentence of up to seven years in state prison. He was arraigned in Town of Edmeston Court before Town Justice Barbara Bateman and remanded to the Otsego County Correctional Facility on $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.

Lolik turned himself into police in the Town of Middlefield Saturday morning.
