NORWICH – As the possibility of tainted heroin exists, the public should be on notice.

In light of reports of three deaths in Bradford County over this past weekend, and 23 deaths in Buffalo over the past 10 days – all related to heroin overdose – Norwich and surrounding communities should be on high alert.

This ‘tainted heroin’ in Bradford County and Buffalo has been said to be laced with Fentanyl.

It cannot be confirmed if any heroin locally is laced with said Fentanyl or any other substance.
