NORWICH – The Norwich varsity golf team has been on a recent winning streak – at the Canasawacta Country Club – where they added a fourth team to the list of names that they have beaten withing the last seven days.

The Tornado defeated rival Oneonta Yellowjackets at CCC, with an impressive stroke count of 204 to 256 for their ninth win of the season.

Nate Scheer would enjoy a superb day on the greens with his medalist spot for Norwich – recording a par 36 – leading Norwich and tying an Oneonta athlete as the low on the day.
