Norwich track competes at Holland Patent
HOLLAND PATENT— The Norwich Purple Tornado track and field teams competed at the Holland Patent Invite over the weekend, where the girls tied for 16th with the Town of Webb with four points and the boys finished seventh with 32 points.

Boys’ Track:
Senior Connor Marshall earned a sixth place finish in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 17.91 seconds.
Cameron Carnachan came in 22nd in the boys’ 100 meter dash with a time of 12.01 seconds with Malik Eccleston in 26th with a time of 12.07 seconds.
Nic Sutton and Anthony Roberts both ran the 1600, where Sutton finished seventh with a time of 5:03.34 as Roberts came in 32nd with a time of 6:28.56.
Sutton and Roberts also ran the 800 with Sutton earning another seventh place finish on the day with a time of 2:10.94 as Roberts came in 27th with a time of 2:46.68.
Boys’ Field:
Senior Kassen Stubb won the boys’ high jump as he cleared a top six feet on the day. He took third in the long jump with a jump of 18 feet, nine inches.
