SHERBURNE - Sherburne Music-Theater Society (SMTS) has added an additional day for auditions for Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors on Sunday June 7th at 2pm at the Earlville Opera House, 18 East Main Street, Earlville NY. The Comedy of Errors is Shakespeare’s shortest play and a farcical comedy with two sets of twins and mistaken identities.

There are big and small roles - for women and men - teenagers to adults.    Prepared monologues are not required, but certainly welcome. Actors should be prepared to do readings from the play. No previous acting experience is necessary, and we welcome all who are interested. Video auditions are accepted via email at info@sherburnemusictheatersociety.org

The director, Will Doonan has worked with SMTS on many shows and a history of working in professional and non-professional theatre. He is looking forward to working on this fun piece of theater. Don’t miss out and come join in the hilarity!

Sherburne Music-Theater Society was informally organized in 1967 with the first show sponsored by the Sherburne Rotary Club.
