NORWICH — Chenango Valley Home has officially announced the appointment of Michael M. Flanagan to its Board of Directors. The historic non-profit adult care community brings on the new member at a pivotal moment of growth and facility expansion. Michael joins a dedicated team of volunteer community members who govern the organization’s $2 million budget. He will work directly alongside the current Board of Directors to guide long-term organizational strategy for Chenango Valley Home.

Michael brings a vast amount of valuable experience to Chenango Valley Home. He is a licensed NYS Professional Engineer and is a Senior Civil Engineer and Vice President at LaBella Associates. Additionally, Michael serves on various local committees including the Chenango County Planning Board, the City of Norwich Flood Commission, the Development Chenango Corporation, and many others. Through the unique combination of experience and vast community involvement, Michael will be able to help Chenango Valley Home realize its long-term goals of sustainability and future growth.
