DELHI — The Unadilla Valley/GMU golf team faced off on the road against Delhi on Friday afternoon for the first match of the 2026 season. UV/GMU fell 234-283.

Carter Simonds led the Storm with a 44 while Declan Potter shot a 53 and Evan Hill with a 58.

Paul Ruffles finished with a 61 as Gavin Underwood chipped in a 67. Hunter Winton had some playing time and finished as the team’s sixth golfer.

Delhi’s scores ranged from a low 41 to a high 52.

UV/GMU (0-1) heads to Unatego-Franklin this morning at 10 a.m.
