Brunick leads Norwich golfers at Nick Dinunzio Memorial

ENDICOTT – Norwich was represented by six golfers at the 31st Annual Nick Dinunzio Memorial Golf Tournament, with Matthew Brunick leading the way for the Warriors.


Brunick carded a 71 to finish second overall and win the junior class, while teammate Brevin Bennett, who led all freshmen, followed with a 74 to place fifth. The pair led Norwich’s results in the annual tournament.


Jacob Lobdell finished with an 88, followed by Charlie Smith with a 90.


Payne Skillin recorded a 101, while Kinnon Bennet rounded out the Norwich contingent with a 105.


Norwich is back on the course September 1, as they will host Chenango Valley at the Canasawacta Golf Course.
