A/H girls soccer end in a tie against W/D

AFTON — The Afton/Harpursville girls’ soccer team hosted Walton/Downsville for the 2026 home opener on Tuesday. The game resulted in a 1-1 tie after regulation and overtime.

Afton/Harpursville scored on a goal by Tabi Charette and goalkeeper Appalonia Bushaw made 16 saves in a close game.

A/H (0-1-1) hosts Sidney on Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
