Oxford golf drops to Sidney
OXFORD— The Oxford Blackhawks golf team hosted Sidney on Friday afternoon, falling 209-228 in a MAC league matchup.
Uri Tracy led Oxford with a 39 on the par 34 front nine on the day. Clayton Carlson and Kevin Northup both shot 40s while Alex Whyte chipped in a 49. Ethan Trombley had a 60 and Cooper Canaday finished as the team’s sixth golfer.
Oxford (3-7) heads to Unatego/Franklin on Wednesday at 3:45 p.m.
