NORWICH — The Norwich Purple Tornado golf team hosted Johnson City on Tuesday afternoon, where Norwich quickly bounced back from their loss against Windsor in the previous match. Norwich defeated the Wildcats 213-242.

Norwich’s scores were consistent with everyone around the mid 30s and 40s to cap off the win on the home course.

Brevin Bennett led all golfers with a match low 35 while Matthew Brunick followed with a 39.

Charlie Smith and Payne Skillin both added 46s as Jacob Lobdell and Kinnon Bennett both finished with 47s.

Norwich (6-1) heads to Sus Valley on Thursday at 4 p.m.
