Norwich boys drop to Oneonta
ONEONTA — The Norwich Purple Tornado boys’ soccer team traveled to take on Oneonta on Thursday, where they fell 4-1. Norwich had good efforts and opportunities but could not score to stay up with the Yellowjackets.
James Sprague scored the lone goal for Norwich on a penalty kick in the second half when the team was down 3-0.
Norwich (2-7-1) heads to Sidney on Monday at 5 p.m. for a non-league matchup.
