Former Sherburne-Earlville graduates celebrate grand openings

NEW HARTFORD - Linsey Layne Boutique and The Topping Tree are two small businesses that recently opened in the Village of New Hartford. Both store owners, Linsey Grover and Heather Wasielewski, are graduates of Sherburne-Earlville High School.
The Linsey Layne Boutique and The Topping Tree will be holding their grand openings on July 22 to celebrate their new locations right next door to each other. Both small business owners are passionate about their craft and want to mix big city ideas with small town charm.
The Linsey Layne Boutique is full unique clothing and accessories that grew too big for their former storefront, which is why it is moving to the larger location this summer.
The Topping Tree, originally an online shop, has moved next door to The Linsey Layne Boutique to open its first storefront, selling hair accessories and different skin and hair products that are all made in the USA by independent designers.
“Both are not only passionate about providing you with the highest quality clothing and accessories, but also inspiring you to be the best version of yourself that you can be. They care about you feeling confident not only in the way you look, but in the content of your character,” the owners said.
A grand opening will be held July 22. Grover and Wasielewski encourage all to support two great businesses operated by two women who grew up in the Chenango County community.
