SMYRNA — The Smyrna Citizens Band will perform the final concert of its summer series at 7 p.m. Aug. 10 at the bandstand above the library.

The concert will begin with “The Star-Spangled Banner” and will also include “Strike Up the Band,” “The Magnificent Seven,” highlights from “The Music Man,” “Take on Me,” “Reverie,” “New World Symphony,” “Tritsch-Tratsch Polka,” “Malagueña,” “Cake Walk,” “Star Trek” and will conclude with “The Smyrna Citizens Band March.”

Residents are encouraged to bring a chair and enjoy the evening with neighbors and friends.

The band expressed appreciation for financial support from the town and village of Smyrna.
