ONEONTA— The Norwich Purple Tornado girls’ soccer team faced off against rivals Oneonta on Thursday, where Norwich returned home with a 1-0 shutout victory.

Quinn Terry scored the lone goal for Norwich to give them the win.

Coach Katelyn Dowdall was very impressed with her team, including goalkeeper Kerragan Reid, where she said Kerragan had her best game of the season, making incredible saves, where she believes she could have made over 30-40 saves in the win.

Norwich has no games remaining on their schedule, but could add some in the near future or could be done with a record of 3-9-2.
