NORWICH – Spots are filling up quickly for the Chenango County Distinguished Citizen Award dinner honoring retired Norwich Police Chief Joseph Angelino.

Angelino will be honored at a dinner on Thursday, May 11 at 6:30 p.m. at the Canasawacta Country Club in Norwich. Organizers project the event to have roughly 270 persons in attendance.
